Lodgify is seeking a Senior Growth Data Analyst to lead Marketing Mix Modeling and advanced analytics across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will own the measurement stack, design scalable data models, and mentor peers, driving data-driven growth decisions.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product and Finance to optimize CAC, LTV and ROAS, while leveraging BigQuery, DBT, RudderStack and Omni BI to deliver actionable insights.

Formación

• Direct hands-on experience with MMM or incrementality testing.
• Strong data modeling and analytics storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing analytics and CAC/LTV metrics.
• Ability to partner with Marketing, Product and Finance teams.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL and modern data tooling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain Marketing Mix Models to guide media spend.
• Architect scalable data models integrating marketing, web and product telemetry.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses across channels to surface growth opportunities.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics and automate recurring reporting workflows.
• Present insights to marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
