Rover in Barcelona is seeking a senior Marketing Analytics contributor to own reporting, attribution and analysis that guides growth of customer lifetime value across our core marketplace and new brands.

You will partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, and Analytics Engineering to expand multi-brand marketing, drive repeat bookings, and build trusted dashboards using SQL, Python/R and industry-standard BI tools.

Formación

• 3+ years using data to drive business impact in marketing, growth, or CRM.
• Strong SQL with complex queries on large datasets.
• Track record of building reporting dashboards trusted by stakeholders.
• Proficient in Python or R and end-to-end A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Mode/Looker/Tableau).

Responsabilidades

• Own reporting, attribution, and analysis to grow customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, and Analytics Engineering.
• Drive repeat bookings and longer LTV across pet parents and sitters.
• Support expansion into multi-brand and international marketing.
