Lodgify in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Growth Data Analyst to shape marketing strategy through advanced analytics. You will own Marketing Mix Modeling, build scalable data models, and deliver actionable insights across multi-channel campaigns to drive growth and revenue.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align analytics with CAC, LTV, and ROAS, while advancing data quality and governance across the growth organization.

Formación

• Strong analytics mindset with experience in marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to translate data into business insights.
• Familiarity with multi-channel attribution concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, calibrate, and maintain Marketing Mix Models to quantify cross-channel performance.
• Architect scalable data models integrating marketing, web, and product telemetry.
• Analyze campaign performance across paid and organic channels to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to automate recurring reports and accelerate insights.
• Develop measurement frameworks for lifecycle events, activation, and retention.
• Quantify geo and AI search impact and attribute traffic contributions.
• Tell data stories with visuals for marketing leaders and stakeholders.
• Own measurement stack from MMM to privacy-first server-side tracking.
