Manychat is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to influence the mid- to long-term roadmap through actionable analytics. You will collaborate with Business Ops, Product, Marketing and Finance to understand strategic drivers, integrate insights, and help optimize revenue and identify growth levers.

You will lead analytics initiatives, build forecasting models, and own executive reporting while using AI tools to improve efficiency. Strong SaaS metrics experience is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in SaaS analytics.
• 2+ years in business analytics or similar within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Very strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools; Python, R, and/or Git is a plus.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, pricing, segmentation, or monetization.
• Proactive, owner mindset; able to run projects end to end and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Able to connect analysis to broader business strategy across Product, Marketing, and Finance.

• Partner with Business Ops, Finance, Billing, Product, Marketing, Engineering and Analytics to unify insights.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
