Digital Science seeks a Senior Growth & Commercial Analytics Manager to own the B2C marketing analytics stack, reporting on acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue. This senior, hands-on role drives decisions that grow a healthy business.

You will build dashboards, partner with Marketing, Finance and the central Data team, and shape budgets and investment cases with solid evidence.

Applicants should reside in UK, Spain, Germany or Romania, and help teams become more data-fluent.

Formación

• 8+ years in marketing analytics or related fields.
• Strong analytics across growth and revenue metrics.
• Experience building dashboards used by non-analysts.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools for data storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the B2C marketing analytics stack and dashboards.
• Build full-funnel reporting for acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Own revenue analytics: subscription revenue, MRR, ARR, churn, and NRR.
• Model unit economics: LTV, CAC, payback, margin.
• Define metrics and ensure consistency across brands.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Data teams to inform strategy.
• Design and support experimentation with clean A/B tests.
