• Guide portfolio-level growth trade-offs across games, channels, geographies, and initiatives.
• Connect marketing performance with product outcomes, engagement, and monetisation metrics.
• Drive executive decision-making with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Raise the analytical bar across Growth Analytics and partner teams.
