Preply is seeking a senior analytics leader to own the marketing analytics function. You will interpret outputs, understand drivers, risks, and opportunities, and present clear recommendations to the VP of Growth, COO, and CFO.

You will build frameworks that let Growth move fast with guardrails, design tests, and evaluate incrementality, CAC, LTV, and geo lift. Collaboration with Strategic Finance and cross-functional partners is essential.

Formación

• 8+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Own a measurement method end to end: design the test, run the analysis, defend the decision.
• Experience at high growth B2C, marketplace, or subscription business.
• Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, payback periods and channel efficiency.
• Clear communicator who can defend a specific recommendation under scrutiny.
• Proven track record influencing marketing or growth teams and building reusable frameworks.
• Fluency with Looker, Snowflake/SQL, and advanced Sheets/Excel.
• AI fluency with demonstrated use of AI tools to drive insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own incrementality and efficiency measurement using geo lift, holdout testing, and MMM.
• Build the model connecting marketing spend to acquisition, retention, and LTV; forecast regularly.
• Develop an investment framework with guardrails and spend thresholds.
• Model geo expansion and track performance against thesis.
• Partner with Growth, COO, and CFO to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis and model builds.
