Lodgify invites a Senior Data Analyst to join our Growth team and transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance acquisition funnel optimization and user journeys from acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention.

You will define key metrics, build dashboards, and design rigorous A/B experiments, translating KPIs into signals that guide product decisions. This embedded role partners with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or Growth environment.
• Proven funnel analysis and optimization with conversion-rate improvements.
• Strong A/B testing expertise with multi-test design and significance analysis.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills.
• Expert-level SQL with BigQuery experience and window functions.
• Excellent communication skills to translate insights for stakeholders.
• Experience with dbt for data transformation and modelling.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker/Power BI/Metabase).
• Pragmatic AI fluency: using AI tools to accelerate analysis and self-serve data.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end funnel analysis and identify drop-offs and opportunities.
• Partner with Growth to prioritize and measure funnel improvements.
• Define and track metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) and translate to product signals.
• Create dashboards showing impact of product changes on value and outcomes.
• Design and lead A/B tests focused on funnel conversion across areas.
• Propose experiments to unlock new customer value and optimize conversion.
• Analyze results and assess statistical significance for decisions.
• Develop data models using dbt (incremental models, snapshots, tests).
• Apply data modeling techniques and optimize BigQuery queries for performance and cost.
• Collaborate with Growth team, surface pain points, and mentor junior analysts.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
