Globalization Partners Inc. is seeking a Sr. Payroll & Billing Specialist to manage day-to-day payroll operations across the EMEA region, with a focus on Spain. You will streamline processes onto a single platform, handle multi-country compliance, and assist in client billing.

You will mentor colleagues, resolve high-volume inquiries, and collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations and Finance to ensure accurate payroll data and timely invoicing for our global remote workforce.

Formación

• 5+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries, including Spain.
• Experience with third-party platforms such as ADP/Workday/Ceridian.
• Local currency to billing currency conversion experience.
• Experience in customer support using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Ability to explain payroll processes clearly to employees and resolve billing questions.
• Strong multi-country payroll and billing transaction skills with confidentiality.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and effective time management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day multi-country payrolls for the EMEA region (Spain, Italy, Germany).
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations and Finance to input payroll data.
• Review payroll inputs and upload to local service providers via global aggregators.
• Monitor vendor payroll processing and ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Generate client bills and provide reports to internal teams on time.
• Mentor Associate Payroll & Billing Specialists and handle escalations.
• Communicate project status and harmonize payroll processes with leadership.
