Rippling is hiring a Global Payroll Operations Specialist to support our worldwide payroll products. You will own payroll execution, filings, and payments for customers, focused on Spain, with cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance and improve the payroll platform.

The role requires 4+ years in global payroll and 2+ years in client-facing roles, fluent Spanish and English, and experience with in-house payroll and tools like Google Suite, Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years in a global payroll processing role.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a client facing role.
• Strong Spain payroll experience.
• Experience running payroll in-house using A3Innuva software is required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and leave entitlements.
• Ability to analyze data using spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Execute timely payroll, filings, and payments for all customers across key countries.
• Drive issue resolution and communicate with government agencies and partners; interface with customers.
• Work with Global Payroll Engineering and Product teams to ensure payroll software supports compliance and is updated.
