Job summary

Globalization Partners is seeking an HR Specialist for the Employer of Record (EOR) space in Southern Europe, focusing on Spain. You will be the in-country HR expert, handling onboarding, lifecycle events, and compliance while advising clients on HR matters across multiple markets.

You will work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and legal advisors to ensure smooth operations and growth for clients expanding internationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Deep knowledge of Southern Europe labour laws, especially Spain.
• Experience with complex employee relations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations with compliant processes.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and documentation.
• Partner with payroll, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• Advise clients on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Stay updated on labor laws in Southern Europe.
• Lead HR process automation initiatives.
