Fever España is seeking a Global Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in Madrid. You’ll manage payroll end-to-end across multiple countries, coordinate with external providers, optimize benefits, and ensure compliance with tax and social security requirements.

You’ll partner with HR, Finance and Tax, analyze payroll data for risks and savings, mentor teammates, and drive improvements in a fast-growing, international environment with hybrid work and a strong emphasis on people.

Competenze

• 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience.
• Hands-on multi-country payroll experience via external providers or EOR.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher); other languages are a plus.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of Personio is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to challenge providers with data.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for a portfolio of countries.
• Coordinate with external providers to ensure compliant payments and tax changes.
• Analyze payroll data to identify risks, trends and savings opportunities.
• Answer payroll/tax inquiries from employees; be the go-to person.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Tax teams; manage benefits administration.
• Identify improvements and implement solutions within scope.
