SoftwareOne is seeking a Payroll Specialist based in Madrid, Spain, to manage international payroll across Italy, Portugal, and Spain. This role includes managing employee records and coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with labor laws.

• 2–5 years of payroll experience in international environments.
• Experience with external payroll providers and internal stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge of payroll systems such as Sistema RED/SILTRA, AEAT.
