Job summary

TMF Group is seeking an HR & Payroll Account Manager to join our team in Spain. You will manage an international client portfolio, coordinate with HR & Payroll Officers, and ensure payroll accuracy and timely filings in line with Spanish regulations.

The role offers exposure to a global client base and opportunities to grow within a structured payroll environment. A degree in Business/HR/Law/Accounting and payroll experience are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, HR, Law, or Accounting or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of payroll experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Spanish.
• Proficiency in MS Office package.
• Strong team-playing skills.
• Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments.
• Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client's payroll accounts.
• Main day-to-day contact for most clients.
• Review and process payroll data.
• Respond to inquiries regarding payroll transactions.
• Coordinate social security and tax filings per Spanish laws.
• Maintain worksheets for payroll control processes.
• Handle inquiries from Public Administrations and tax authorities.
• Oversee invoice procedures and time-writing accuracy.
