ERNI in Barcelona is seeking a Senior IAM Project Manager to lead a global cloud transformation that impacts thousands of users. You will drive the project roadmap, manage risks and coordinate cross-functional teams across regions.

The role emphasizes strong change management, stakeholder engagement and a hybrid delivery approach combining Agile, Waterfall and governance activities. You will mentor teams and oversee communications and business readiness throughout the transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation, cloud migration or modernization projects.
• Strong Project Management and Organizational Change Management skills.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to drive adoption, communication, governance and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting for a global IAM transformation.
• Coordinate migration activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption while ensuring alignment between business, technical and operational teams.
• Support governance activities, executive reporting and project readiness throughout the transformation journey.
