Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an experienced IAM Project and Change Manager to lead a global cloud transformation for a top pharmaceutical client. The role blends strategic planning, regulatory awareness, and hands-on delivery across design, migration, adoption, and stabilization.

The position requires on-site work at the Sant Cugat del Vallès office about one day per week, with strong stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and governance to ensure secure, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project, programme, or transformation management with organizational change responsibility.
• Proven experience delivering at least one large-scale cloud migration, platform modernization, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, senior stakeholders, and executive governance.
• Knowledge of project delivery methods including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Experience in IAM, Identity Governance and Administration or Cybersecurity.
• Certification such as SAFe, Scrum, Prosci or similar is desirable.
• Strong project management and organizational change management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex global cross-functional projects with large user impact.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent planning and coordination across multiple teams, vendors, workstreams, and time zones.
• Ability to work effectively in regulated environments with Quality, Validation, Security, and Audit stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-driven, structured, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and reporting.
• Coordinate design, migration and operational handover activities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure clear decisions, ownership, and follow-up.
• Participate in concise Steering Board updates and decision materials.
• Ensure security, compliance, validation, and business continuity requirements are addressed.
• Track project readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
