Job summary

ERNI is seeking a senior professional to lead a global IAM cloud transformation, driving adoption, governance and successful delivery across distributed teams. You will manage the project roadmap, milestones, risks, and reporting, coordinating migration activities and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment between business, technical, and operational units.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation, cloud migration or modernization projects.
• Strong Project Management and Organizational Change Management skills.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to drive adoption, communication, governance and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the project roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting for a global IAM transformation.
• Coordinating migration activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption while ensuring alignment between business, technical and operational teams.
