Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an IAM Project and Change Manager to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical client. The role requires on-site presence at the Sant Cugat del Vallès office about one day per week.

You will drive a global IAM cloud transformation from design through migration, adoption and stabilization, blending disciplined project delivery with stakeholder readiness and organizational change management across multiple teams and time zones.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in project, programme, or transformation management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud migrations or enterprise transformations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, and executive governance.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
• IAM, Identity Governance, or Cybersecurity experience.
• Desirable: SAFe, Scrum, Prosci or similar certifications.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex global cross-functional projects with large user impact.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the project roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and reporting.
• Coordinate design, migration and operational handover activities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure clear decisions, ownership, and follow-up.
• Prepare concise Steering Board updates and decision materials.
• Ensure security, compliance, validation, and business continuity requirements are met.
• Track project readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
