Job summary

ERNI is seeking a senior IAM and process management professional to join our global team. You will analyze and document IAM processes end-to-end, identify gaps and risks, and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to improve governance and security.

You will translate requirements into process docs, user stories and functional specs, support governance activities, and drive continuous improvement of IAM services.

Qualifications

• Experience in process management, IAM, IT Service Management or similar environments.
• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management and identity lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with technical, operational and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and documenting IAM processes end-to-end, identifying gaps, risks and improvement opportunities while coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translating requirements into process documentation, user stories and functional requirements, supporting governance activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of IAM services.
