Job summary

ERNI is seeking a senior professional to lead a global IAM cloud transformation, driving migration and modernization of critical identity services across teams. You will apply project and change management expertise to deliver adoption and governance across multiple regions.

You will be supported by a godparent and mentor during onboarding, with regular 1:1s and a development plan to shape your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation, cloud migration or modernization projects.
• Strong Project Management and Organizational Change Management skills.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to drive adoption, communication, governance and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting for a global IAM transformation.
• Coordinate migration activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption while ensuring alignment between business, technical and operational teams.
• Support governance activities, executive reporting and project readiness throughout the transformation journey.
