ERNI seeks a senior IAM transformation leader to drive a global cloud migration, aligning business and technical teams across borders and delivering critical identity services. You will shape the roadmap, manage risks, and mentor cross-functional colleagues while delivering high-impact results.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, agile and hybrid delivery, and governance, with a strong focus on adoption, change management and business readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation, cloud migration or modernization projects.
• Strong Project Management and Organizational Change Management skills.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to drive adoption, communication, governance and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project roadmap, milestones, risks and dependencies for a global IAM transformation.
• Coordinate migration activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption.
• Support governance activities, executive reporting and project readiness throughout the transformation journey.
