Qualifications

• Experience in process management, IAM, IT Service Management or similar environments.
• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management and identity lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with technical, operational and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document IAM processes end-to-end, identifying gaps, risks and improvement opportunities while coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translating requirements into process documentation, user stories and functional requirements, supporting governance activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of IAM services.
