Job summary

Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, seeks an experienced IAM Project and Change Manager to drive a global cloud transformation from design through migration, adoption and stabilization. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on delivery and a strong emphasis on stakeholder readiness.

The position is based on-site at Sant Cugat del Vallès (approximately one day per week) and requires cross‑functional leadership in regulated environments, security, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project, programme, or transformation management with organizational change.
• Proven experience delivering at least one large-scale cloud migration, platform modernization, or enterprise transformation.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, external vendors, senior stakeholders, and executive governance.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methods, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Experience in IAM, Identity Governance and Administration or Cybersecurity.
• Relevant certification such as SAFe, Scrum, Prosci or similar is desirable.
• Strong project management and organizational change management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex global cross-functional projects with huge user impact.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills across multiple teams, vendors, workstreams, and time zones.
• Ability to work effectively in regulated environments and collaborate with Quality, Validation, Security, and Audit stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-driven, structured, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a complex and evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the project roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and reporting.
• Coordinate design, migration and operational handover activities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure clear decisions, ownership, and follow-up.
• Participate in the preparation of concise Steering Board updates and decision materials.
• Ensure security, compliance, validation, and business continuity requirements are addressed.
• Track project readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
