Job summary

Finom is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem in Germany. You will own the German market, sign strategic partners, and drive growth with co-marketing, events, and integrations.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this individual contributor role demands a hunter mindset, excellent German and English skills, and startup/fintech experience. Remote, fast-moving environment with autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in partnerships, BD, or related commercial role
• Native German and professional fluent English are compulsory
• Nice to have: fintech, startup experience or knowledge of SMEs

Responsibilities

• Own the German market; decide which partners to pursue and how to win them
• Sign deals and build partner-based acquisition channels
• Design referral programs, co-marketing, events, and integrations to drive growth
• Turn partnerships into growth by creating a scalable playbook
• Represent Finom and network at industry events in the German fintech/ SME scene
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align partner needs with product feedback
