Factorial is seeking a Strategy Analyst for the German Market to support and scale our Strategic Partnerships team. You will help drive growth across our Partner business, building scalable processes and data-driven decision making in a fast-growing SaaS company based in Barcelona.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in strategy-related fields, with Fluency in English and German, and strong MS Office/CRM experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.
• 2-3 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/Investment Banking/Startup/VC.
• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new ideas with AI and execute them with GTM actions for partners.
• Own reporting to management to provide visibility and suggest initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams for effective implementation.
• Set up and maintain tracking systems to monitor the business and support data-driven decisions.
