Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-focused Business Developer to drive growth in the German market. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and craft sales strategies to hit targets.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams, conduct market research, and report on performance. Fluent German and English (B2) are essential; CRM experience is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years in business development, sales or related field.
• Fluent German and English proficiency (B2).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential business opportunities in the German market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
