Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Europe is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead enterprise sales with airlines and airline catering, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.

You will work closely with founders and cross‑functional teams to shape commercial strategy, build strategic account plans, and expand the airline market across Europe and beyond. This remote role includes regular travel and a direct impact on sustainability in aviation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales, with airlines or aviation exposure.
• Proven success selling enterprise software/SaaS to large organizations, preferably to airlines.
• Ability to generate qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting and relationships.
• Track record of closing major six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
• Fluent English; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Develop and execute account-based sales strategies targeting airlines.
• Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies.
• Mentor junior sales colleagues and share best practices.
