TP ICAP Group is seeking an End User Support Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and conferencing technologies in a fast-paced financial services setting. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS, providing remote and desk-side assistance with a strong customer focus.

Formación

Proven experience providing desktop and end-user support in financial services or trading floor environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM and macOS.
Experience with market data platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE) and collaboration tools (Teams, Webex).
Familiarity with identity and access management solutions (Okta or similar MFA).
Good TCP/IP, DNS, networking fundamentals, and desktop infrastructure understanding.

Responsabilidades

Provide first-class technical end-user support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and conferencing tech.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve incidents quickly with updates to stakeholders.
Deliver remote and desk-side support with minimal business disruption.
Manage incidents through to resolution per ITSM processes and document in ServiceNow.
