Jobgether is seeking a Market Research Supervisor based in Spain to lead a global research team in a high-growth tech environment. You will oversee the full research lifecycle, from problem framing to delivering insights that drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include developing talent, coordinating cross-functional projects, and implementing scalable research processes. The role emphasizes automation, stakeholder collaboration, and measurable business impact in an international setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Market Research, Consumer Insights, UX Research, or related field
• Experience leading a research team or coordinating multiple researchers
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods and mixed-methods design
• Strong stakeholder communication and report presentation skills
• Experience with international markets and research budgeting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Market Research team and set objectives
• Oversee end-to-end research lifecycle from clarifying requests to actionable insights
• Plan and prioritize the research backlog across projects
• Ensure methodological rigor and research quality across studies
• Manage project delivery, timelines, risks and blockers
• Engage stakeholders and present findings in business terms
• Explore new geographic markets and consumer trends
• Translate findings into structured insights and actionable recommendations
• Standardize processes, documentation and knowledge management
• Identify automation opportunities using AI or no-code tools
