Jobgether is recruiting a Junior In-App Media Buyer based in Spain for a fully remote, international team. You will launch, manage, and optimize in-app campaigns across European markets, learning to work with platforms like Unity Ads and AppLovin while analyzing data to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data interpretation.
• Interest in advertising creatives and marketing funnels.
• Strong research skills and curiosity about markets and cultures.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and initiative.
• Willingness to learn new advertising platforms and tools.
• Experience with teaser advertising networks is a plus.
• Exposure to in-app advertising platforms (Moloco, AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity Ads) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage in-app campaigns across European Tier 1 and 2 markets.
• Prepare and analyze campaign data using Unity Ads, Binom, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Research target markets and audience preferences to guide strategies.
• Develop creative briefs from market insights and trends.
• Monitor and optimize performance, coordinating with Unity Ads publishers.
• Conduct cohort analysis to evaluate effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
• Track KPIs and draw actionable insights to drive growth.
• Stay curious about new markets, formats, and trends.
