Jobgether is partnering with a growing jewelry and e-commerce brand to recruit a senior Paid Media Manager. The role is fully remote and based in Spain, with ownership of paid media, email and SMS lifecycle marketing, and strong attribution-driven optimization.

You will manage sizable ad budgets across Meta and Google, drive customer acquisition, conversions, and retention, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in marketing/ads with 5+ years in e-commerce marketing.
• Experience managing >$1M annual Meta Ads spend and >$100k monthly paid media.
• Hands-on Klaviyo email/SMS campaign management and analytics.
• Proficiency with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam) to reconcile data with sales.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms; knowledge of online and offline sales channels.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta and Google Ads to acquire customers profitably.
• Oversee large monthly ad spend and optimize targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
• Analyze campaigns with attribution platforms to tie spend to revenue.
• Own lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo: calendars, audiences, workflows, optimization.
• Develop and refine email/SMS flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back).
• Coordinate creative briefs and Canva mockups; align creative with campaigns.
• Link acquisition and retention efforts to improve CAC, LTV, and profitability.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
