Preply is seeking a seasoned Business Strategy Analytics professional to transform data into strategic insights for expansion. You will partner with leadership on market entries, monetization strategies, and customer experience, using SQL and BI tools to surface actionable guidance.

You will lead cross-functional analytics projects, develop TAM/SAM/SOM models, and build forecasting and scenario models to quantify upside and risk for new launches.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing Leadership-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to investigate discrepancies and identify opportunities.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous, structured approach to analysis.
• Proven Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills (e.g., driver-based modeling, sensitivity analysis, financial impact estimation).
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Expansion leadership on transformation initiatives shaping value proposition, business model, customer experience, monetization, and playbooks for new geographies, segments, and product lines.
• Evaluate and prioritize new market entries, customer segments, and strategic bets through market sizing, benchmarking, and customer analysis.
• Run data-driven deep dives into expansion-stage customer behavior, unit economics, funnel performance, and competitive dynamics to surface where to double down and where to pivot.
• Lead cross-functional performance analyses across Expansion workstreams and deliver actionable insights to the executive team.
• Build analytical models underpinning Expansion decisions: market sizing, TAM/SAM/SOM, ramp/forecasting for new launches, scenario models, and upside/downside quantification.
