Preply is seeking a Senior Expansion Experience Specialist to own the customer experience across new geographies and subjects. You will track metrics, lead cross-functional programs, and define the CX foundation for expansions, including end-to-end user journeys and scalable processes.

Collaborating with Product, Growth, Customer Care, Supply Operations, and Localization, you will drive go-to-market readiness and coordinate launches, while flagging risks and driving fast decisions.

Formación

• 4+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, marketplaces, or high-growth tech roles.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and geographic expansion end-to-end.
• Analytical and data-savvy with root-cause analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent program and project management skills.
• Experience writing or owning customer-facing policies or operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own Experience Metrics & Drive Improvement for learners and tutors.
• Define and implement policies for new markets and subjects across geographies.
