Preply is seeking a Data Scientist to partner with performance marketing, translating data into measurable growth across channels. You will build models, run experiments, and shape marketing investments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale strategies and uncover high-impact opportunities in a fast-paced global education marketplace.

• Experience applying data science in performance marketing
• Ability to translate data into measurable growth
• Strong SQL and Python coding skills

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to develop data solutions for optimizing campaigns, budgets, and results
• Apply recommendation systems and clustering to identify effective combinations of search terms, ad copies, and landing pages
• Scale new channels and refine targeting and bidding through regression models that assign predictive weights to funnel events
• Lead rollout of LTV models and use insights to guide marketing investments and cross-functional strategy
• Design and analyze A/B tests to measure marketing effectiveness using causal inference methods
• Work with Data Engineering to build scalable data pipelines and evolve ETL processes while adopting new tools
• Contribute to cross-company initiatives aligning with the data organization’s vision
• Support applying predictive models in performance marketing channels
• Extensive experience as a Data Scientist in a B2C performance marketing context
• Knowledge of bidding, incrementality, and attribution
• Skilled in developing and deploying machine learning models
• Experience with experimentation and A/B test design/evaluation
• Experience in marketplaces or digital businesses with performance marketing
• Advanced written and verbal English communication
• Creative mindset
