Preply is growing its Data Team to empower decision-making across marketing and product. We seek a Data Scientist with a proven track record in performance marketing to design data solutions, perform causal inference and build ML models for a global audience.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, shape the MMM program, and drive data products that translate into measurable marketing ROI while collaborating with Applied AI and Data Engineering.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a Data Scientist with performance marketing in a B2C environment.
• Strong knowledge of incrementality and attribution methods.
• Proven ability to develop and deploy ML models and run experiments (A/B tests).
• Experience in marketplaces/digital businesses and data product thinking.
• Proficient in SQL and Python with clear written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with performance marketing to design data solutions for campaign optimization.
• Roll out MMM to more countries and build a Bayesian budget platform.
• Design and analyze incrementality tests to quantify incremental ROI.
• Create a unified system linking MMM and incrementality results.
• Shape testing roadmap and build Creative Analytics metrics.
• Improve targeting and bidding with regression-based weights on funnel events.
• Support Applied AI rollout, analyze model impact and feature importance.
• Work with Data Engineering to evolve scalable ETL pipelines.
• Contribute to cross‑company data initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Proactively apply predictive models to performance marketing channels.
