Pleo is hiring a Senior Full Stack Data Analyst to join Growth Intelligence. You will build end-to-end analytics solutions—retention models, growth dashboards, and GTM analyses—that influence how we acquire, onboard, retain, and grow our customers.

You'll work with Customer Experience, Sales, and Success teams, using SQL, dbt, Looker, and BigQuery. The role blends analytics and analytics engineering with a strong data-driven culture and AI-enabled self-serve analytics.

Formación

• Proven experience across insights generation and analytics engineering in a SaaS environment.
• Proficient with Python, SQL and dbt: write clean, tested models and perform data analysis.
• BigQuery experience with complex transformations and performance considerations.
• BI tools like Looker and LookML; ability to translate data into usable dashboards.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of GTM metrics and revenue outcomes.
• Strong data visualization skills with dashboards actually used by stakeholders.
• Analytics outputs designed for AI tools and self-serve analytics at scale.
• Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices for analytics code.
• Strong ownership, delivery discipline, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Solid understanding of data contracts, SLAs, and data ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the analytics layer for acquisition, onboarding, growth, and retention.
• Deliver dashboards and analyses that drive operational decisions for GTM teams.
• Analyze customer behaviour and performance to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support onboarding and self-serve product teams with data on activation and friction.
• Design and analyse experiments to test growth hypotheses with statistical rigour.
• Develop analytics designed for self-serve and AI access.
• Contribute metric definitions to the semantic layer and maintain data standards.
