Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a CRM Senior Specialist to drive BAU and promotional email campaigns across 15+ EMEA markets from Barcelona. You’ll own the campaign calendar, manage segmentation, and use AMPscript, Data Extensions and dynamic content to deliver targeted, multilingual communications.

Join a fast-paced team in Barcelona World Trade Centre with remote work options up to 4 days per week and a focus on QA, stakeholder alignment, and scalable content libraries using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of CRM/email marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Hands-on AMPscript, Liquid or Javascript.
• Experience with Dynamic Content and Data Extensions.
• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Attention to detail and QA mindset.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy BAU and promotional email campaigns.
• Own and maintain the EMEA campaign calendar across 15+ markets and languages.
• Develop and manage audience segmentation and personalized communications.
• Coordinate campaign approvals with local market, Brand, Legal and Compliance teams.
• Support A/B testing, uplift analysis and campaign optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliverability; troubleshoot builds.
