ZEAL Network SE is seeking a Senior CRM Technical Expert (f/m/d) to join our Marketing Department in Madrid. You will define and execute the CRM strategy, plan campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize results across Email, SMS, Web Push, and App Notifications.

You will design, implement, and monitor campaigns, with responsibilities spanning briefs, copy, HTML email templates, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to boost engagement and conversions.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Professional level management of Excel and internal tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack.

Responsabilidades

• Creation, implementation, and optimization of automated email marketing campaigns using SQL-based segmentation.
• Creation, layout, and optimization of newsletters and email templates using HTML/CSS for responsive design.
• Support the development and maintenance of automated database processes, including SQL-based loading and synchronization.
