Alex AI, Spain's leading B2C AI-powered legal app, is seeking an enthusiastic intern to drive CRM campaigns and lifecycle strategies from Madrid. You will own projects, craft messaging across email, push and in-app channels, and learn to optimize journeys with data-driven insights.

Formación

• Must be able to sign internship agreement with your educational institution.
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with data in Excel/Sheets.
• Strong interest in B2C Growth, Lifecycle Marketing and CRM.
• Curiosity for A/B testing and optimization.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications and in-app messages.
• Build and optimize lifecycle journeys: Welcome, Onboarding, Activation, Reactivation & Winback.
• Segment users by behavior, needs and product usage.
• Improve customer engagement and retention through data-driven strategies.
• Track, analyse and report campaign performance using KPIs.
