Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a Senior LifeCycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM as a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, first purchase, retention and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM with measurable revenue improvements across onboarding, conversion, retention, reactivation
• Experience in a high-volume B2C subscription business where CRM impacts revenue
• Ability to design segments, journeys, experiments, campaign logic and performance analysis
• Skilled at turning user behavior into testable ideas with proper attribution and incrementality
• Proven ability to move fast, own initiatives, and drive momentum without waiting for a perfect plan
• Clear communication across technical, creative and commercial teams in English
• Comfort working with products powered by uncensored AI models and content

Responsibilities

• Lead the full CRM lifecycle strategy and execution from onboarding to reactivation
• Identify where users lose interest and uncover opportunities to increase purchases
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up journeys to convert more users
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention and LTV through smarter segmentation and timing
• Build experiments, measure impact, scale winners and iterate on opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative to improve CRM tooling, tracking, messages and reporting
