Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM across onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation. You will own email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO, and shaping journeys at scale.

At EverAI, you will turn CRM into a major revenue channel, using segmentation, experiments, and data to drive token purchases and repeat purchases for a fast-growing AI platform serving a 100M+ audience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving revenue through CRM improvements.
• Experience in a high-volume B2C subscription or similar model.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, experiments and analyze performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to reactivation.
• Build onboarding, abandonment, offers, and follow-up journeys to convert users.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention and LTV through segmentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve CRM tooling and reporting.
• Test ideas quickly, measure impact, and scale winners across channels.
• Communicate clearly with technical, design and commercial stakeholders in English.
