Job summary

Trade Nation is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive activation, retention and re-engagement through CRM campaigns across email, push, and other channels. You will design and implement customer journeys within HubSpot, manage campaigns, and ensure timely delivery in alignment with compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and campaign execution.
• Good knowledge of segmentation, triggers and customer journey logic.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable working within regulated environments and approval workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Lifecycle, Data, Sales and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute lifecycle campaigns across activation, retention and reactivation stages.
• Implement customer journeys and workflows in HubSpot including triggers, segmentation and automation.
• Support onboarding, activation, retention and re-engagement programmes.
• Maintain CRM campaign calendars, delivering campaigns on time and to brief.
• Ensure campaigns meet compliance requirements and disclosures.
• Coordinate with Sales and Lifecycle teams to align messaging and timing.
