Job summary

Factorial HR is seeking a CRM & Growth Specialist to build and scale the growth engine for new markets. You will own lead lifecycle, design journeys, and automate CRM workflows to drive efficiency and revenue.

The role emphasizes experimentation with AI, data-driven decisions, and close collaboration with sales and partnerships. You will work in a highly international team, with a hands-on approach and a passion for turning ideas into scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations or a similar revenue-focused role.
• Strong HubSpot experience with workflows, lists, emails, campaigns and CRM automation.
• You are a builder by nature, crafting processes where none exist and turning ideas into scalable solutions.
• You have a growth mindset and can translate data into action to impact the funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own lead lifecycle and nurturing strategies from first touch to sales opportunities.
• Build and optimise workflows, automations, lists, campaigns and CRM assets for scale.
• Identify manual processes and automate them using technology and AI.
• Design segmentation based on ICP, market maturity, buyer behaviour and priorities.
• Create new processes from scratch and scale successful experiments.
• Track CRM performance and link activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Continuously test and optimise campaigns and customer journeys using data.
