HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will work with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leadership to develop materials that influence executive, board, and investor decisions.

The role defines the company’s long‑term vision, pillars, and strategic planning quality across the organization, drawing on market expertise and competitive insights. Strong strategy consulting background is ideal for this high‑impact position.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market/competitive analysis
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive the strategy definition and management agenda, including multi-year plans.
• Build a robust strategic fact base through market trends, competitive dynamics, internal performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Co-define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide prioritization and initiative design.
• Lead market insights through proprietary ecosystem models, primary research, and competitive landscape analyses.
