HBX Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape and deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leaders to develop materials that influence executive decisions at board and investor levels.

The role combines rigorous analysis with executive storytelling, supporting long-term vision, strategic pillars, and cross‑functional alignment across Finance, Commercial Strategy and Planning.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen, including market/competitive analysis and P&L modelling.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative and influential, able to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes without formal authority.
