Aleph Group is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to drive global variable pay programs within the Total Rewards team. You will manage commissions, incentives, and MBOs while aligning with business priorities and ensuring accuracy across regions.

Work closely with HR, Finance, and Sales Operations to translate data into insights, govern incentive plans, and optimize pay structures for worldwide teams. A 4–6 year track in global total rewards and strong analytics are required.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of experience in Global Total Rewards in a matrixed, high-growth org.
• Bachelor's in HR or related field; Master’s or cert in Compensation is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Workday and Google/ MS Office; AI tools valued.

Aufgaben

• Calculate, manage, and optimize global sales compensation programs (commissions, incentives, MBOs).
• Drive Job Architecture, descriptions, grading, and framework updates.
• Lead market benchmarking and pricing analyses to stay globally competitive.
• Design Total Rewards dashboards, reports, and cost analyses.
• Administer pay ranges and conduct market analyses for salary surveys.
• Support compensation audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales Ops and stakeholders on leveling and adjustments.
• Support Total Rewards initiatives and team objectives.
