Bunge is seeking a Compensation Analyst to deliver analyses and support HRBPs and managers through the interpretation of compensation policies, market data, and job architecture.

You will build data models, dashboards, and reports, evaluate job structures, and monitor market trends. You’ll contribute to Total Rewards projects and promote transparency in compensation practices across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and typically 2–3 years of experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Experience interpreting compensation policies and aligning with market data and job architecture.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and produce actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analytical support for compensation requests: data modeling, dashboards, and data source integration.
• Evaluate job structures and levels, considering business risks, costs, and payroll implications.
• Monitor market trends and reward practices to align external benchmarks with company strategy.
• Prepare reports and analyses on jobs, compensation structures, and market benchmarks for leadership discussions.
• Support Total Rewards projects, including surveys, coordinating with external consultants, and action planning guidance.
• Act as a source of information for HR teams on compensation policies and practices.
