Una empresa internacional de hostelería y bienes raíces busca un(a) Financial Manager en Madrid para supervisar las funciones contables y de informes financieros. El candidato ideal tendrá entre 5 y 10 años de experiencia, incluyendo al menos 3 años en un rol de liderazgo, y dominará tanto el español como el inglés. Este puesto incluye la gestión de actividades contables diarias, la preparación de informes financieros mensuales y la gestión de flujos de caja entre otras responsabilidades.

Formación

• 5-10+ años de experiencia progresiva en contabilidad o finanzas.
• Mínimo 3 años en un rol de liderazgo con experiencia en el mercado español.
• Experiencia en auditorías y requisitos de cumplimiento.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar las actividades contables diarias, incluyendo cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar y nómina.
• Preparar informes financieros mensuales con análisis de resultados.
• Gestionar la planificación financiera y las relaciones bancarias.

The Financial Manager will be overseeing the organization's accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Its key duties include preparing financial statements, managing the accounting team, developing budgets and forecasts, enforcing internal controls, and acting as the liaison for external audits. This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the accounting team in Spain.

Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.

Prepare monthly financial package with full analysis of the results.

Manage cash flow planning, banking relationships, and liquidity needs.

Implement and maintain strong internal controls.

Implementing the company's ERP system NetSuite.

Prepare a yearly budget with coordination of all relevant departments.

Responsible for all audit, Tax and accounting issues of group companies.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; 5–10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role with experience within the Spanish Market.

Experience with financial reporting standards, audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements.

Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools. NetSuite ERP Experience is an advantage.

Excellent command of Spanish & English.
