Job summary

T-Systems is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive cloud service delivery for T Cloud Public customers. You will lead strategic initiatives, advise on cloud adoption, and participate in cross-functional squads to optimize ongoing cloud usage and customer value.

The role requires strong AI knowledge, cloud ecosystem experience, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Fluency in German and English is preferred. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training or further education.
Top knowledge in cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
Top knowledge in AI.

Responsibilities

Strategic influence and development of the existing business of assigned T Cloud Public customers.
Advise customers on first-time cloud usage and ongoing optimization.
Participate in the vertical squad of T Cloud Public and reduce churn.
