Autodesk is seeking a technically adept Customer Success professional with Civil Engineering experience to support large enterprise customers worldwide. You will act as a technical point of contact, drive proactive governance, and coordinate with CSM/TAS to maximize adoption of Autodesk Civil products.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years with Civil3D/Infraworks, cloud services, and strong presentation skills, fluent in Spanish and English, and capable of managing multiple projects in a

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in using or supporting Autodesk Civil products (Civil3D and Infraworks in particular) and cloud services (Construction Cloud/Forma) for large enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical skills and experience troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge in workflows and data exchange.
• Experience delivering presentations
• Able to manage several projects, setting priorities
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers as technical point of contact and align with CSM/TAS to execute success plans.
• Prioritize and escalate critical issues and monitor SLAs.
• Provide technical advice for enterprise customers based on data analytics.
• Identify improvement opportunities using a problem-management approach.
• Coordinate with the customer’s IT/design groups for installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop apps.
• Deliver coaching sessions from the customer success plan to drive adoption.
• Conduct proactive engagement through regular review of support cases and align insights with customer objectives.
• Manage key events such as major upgrades and ensure health governance.
